1. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for Express Roofing USA's lead generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Express Roofing USA provides exclusive roofing leads to licensed roofing contractors. We offer two programs: Premium Warm Transfer and Self-Serve Leads. Lead availability varies by location and demand.

3. Payment Terms

• All leads are billed on a per-lead basis at the published rates for your selected program.
• Payment is processed via Stripe and is due upon lead delivery.
• Prices may change with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

If a lead has a disconnected phone number, provides verifiably false information, or is clearly outside your specified service area, we will replace it at no additional charge. Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of lead delivery.

5. Lead Usage

Leads are exclusive to your business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share lead information with competing contractors. Leads are provided for the sole purpose of offering roofing services to the homeowner.

6. No Guarantee of Conversion

While we verify lead information and ensure homeowner intent, we cannot guarantee that any lead will result in a closed job. Conversion rates depend on your pricing, response time, and sales process.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse lead information.
