Lead Replacement Guarantee
At Express Roofing USA, we stand behind the quality of our leads. If a lead does not meet our quality standards, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Eligible for Replacement
A lead qualifies for a free replacement if:
- The phone number is disconnected or invalid
- The homeowner provided verifiably false contact information
- The lead is clearly outside your specified service area
- The lead is a duplicate of one you already received from us
Not Eligible for Replacement
The following situations do not qualify for a replacement:
- The homeowner does not answer the phone or return calls
- The homeowner decides not to proceed with the project
- The homeowner chooses a different contractor
- The project scope or budget does not meet your requirements
- You were unable to contact the homeowner within 48 hours of delivery
How to Request a Replacement
To request a lead replacement, email sales@expressroofingusa.com within 48 hours of receiving the lead. Include:
- Your company name
- The lead in question (name and date received)
- The reason for the replacement request
We will review your request within one business day and issue a replacement lead if the claim is valid.
No Cash Refunds
We do not issue cash refunds for delivered leads. All valid claims are resolved through lead replacement. If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement lead within 7 business days, a credit will be applied to your account.
